InSiDDe is a program developed by Sonia Longhi's team at the AFMB laboratory. It generates intrinsically disordered protein sequences of desired length and disorder probability. This probability is
computed by using IUPred. InSiDDe is described in Int. J. Mol. Sci. Special Issue on "Intrinsically Disordered Proteins in the Norm and Pathology: In-Silico Perspective" (Uversky & Kurgan eds).
